Job Description

  • Responsible to handle Zone.
  • Handling and managing sales through Distribution & Retailer Network.
  • Appointment of New dealers for the market expansion.
  • Overall management and control of Business Operations (Primary & Secondary Sales) all along with control over Sales Support Activities.
  • Coordination with Channel Partners, Retails and Distributor.
  • Driving and maintaining the excellent relationships with Distributor
  • Consistently Increase the Market Share with Strategic Business Planning.
  • Designing and implementation of Business Policies & Schemes.
  • Regular monitoring, evaluation and analysis of: Distributor Performance, Retailer Performance and ultimately the Business Strategys Performance.
  • Identify Business Trends & Market Trends
  • Execution of Effective Meetings & Generate Motivation among team by giving effective expert guidance.
  • Responsible to Generate Revenue for the Company with the help of team.
  • Give presentation before Management regarding sales progress.
  • Motivate and Inspire team members.
  • Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training of the product.
  • Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance.
