Job Description

We are looking to augment our existing recruiting team with strong corporate recruiters who will be responsible for managing the full candidate lifecycle process including sourcing, identification, screening and closing.

  • Should have good knowledge of Job portals and Social media hiring,vendor Management.
  • Strong communication and inter personal skills
  • Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
  • Good to have knowledge IT concepts.
  • Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools
  • Ability to work on Leadership roles.
  • Scheduling interview of the candidates for the face to face round of interviews
  • Updating regular feedback on the recruitment software- Taleo
  • Initiate fitment discussion with the recruitment manager and other important stakeholders
  • Initiate salary negotiation with the candidates. Rolling out the offer to the candidates
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders.

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A.
