Continuous Improvement, maintenance and reporting on the departments application components repository (hardware/software/certificates)
Manage the departments application certificate management process, track and co-ordinate timely renewals and reporting.
Support, track, co-ordinate and report on the department wide infrastructure patching strategy
Support the capacity management for all applications within the department
Support standardization of department wide IT tools and dashboards
Identify continuous improvement areas and collaborate with colleagues globally to review and improve existing processes, tools and reports
Required Skills (Must have)
ITIL V3 foundation certified (or higher).
Minimum of 7 years working in application support / application management
End-to-end management, support and reporting on capacity, configuration, incident, change, disaster recovery, application monitoring from an application perspective.
application monitoring tool(eg: geneos,tivoli), dashboards(eg: Qlikview), support tools(eg: JIRA, confluence, ticketing tools)
Infrastructure concepts (eg: Physical vs Virtual vs Cloud server
Shell scripting and windows batch scripting
Background or experience working in engineering teams.
