- Formulate plans and strategies for expanding sales & Operations in South India India and collaborate with members of the central sales and operations team to meet the overall goals for the region.
- Accountable for P&L, Volume growth, Channel Partner management and multi-functional Team Leadership in company's largest turnover and profit contributing business region
- Accountable for volume, market share, weighted / numeric distribution, sales processes and customer satisfaction progress by leading a Sales team of Zonal Heads, State Heads & Cluster Heads.
- Drive sales target-setting for on-ground sales and conducts periodic reviews.
- Manage deployment of TPI and trade schemes in coordination with state heads & center team.
- Develop and recommend product positioning, and pricing strategy to maximize market share.
- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions..
- Manage the designated region End to End (Sales & Operations) and own the P&L.
- Overseeing each state P&L and taking necessary steps to ensure profitability in each state and region.
- Handling Key Accounts in the region, building solutions for them and ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
