- Talent Acquisition: Own the Manpower Requisitions, send them to HR Head for approvals, once raised. Source resumes and get them shortlisted, schedule interviews and co-ordinate with various interviewers. Close the position and handle the necessary joining formalities and logistics. Be in charge of induction and onboarding.
- Employee Life Cycle: Take care of the entire employee lifecycle & all associated HR Operations.
- Performance Appraisal Management: Ensure timely and proper completion of the process and make reports to assist in closure of the backend procedure.
- Training & Development: Prepare learning and development matrix and help organize trainings and evaluations.
- Payroll & Attendance: Collate monthly payroll MIS and send/ share it with the vendors for Payroll processing.
- Employee Engagement: Initiate & Execute engagement initiatives through the year as per the engagement calendar.
- Grievance Handling: for all Noida/ Mohali based employees
- Reports: Prepare monthly reports relevant to various activities and share with HR Head.
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.
