Roles and responsibilities
- Responsible for solution selling, solution designing, managing proof of concepts, conducting product demo, client engagement, customer training and ensuring successful sales closures.
- Attend Customer meetings along with the Sales team for leads & help convert them into business opportunities.
- Help customers make the right technology choices to solve the business problems.
- Ensuring an integrated solution is properly designed and can be implement and support.
- Build custom presentations and deliver demonstrations to Customers.
- Attend to Partner queries on assigned product line & guide them to the relevant team (Distributor / Vendor) as needed.
- Attend to queries within the organization so as to equip the team for aggressive positioning of the Brand.
- Conceptual understanding of best solution to Partners.
- Helping Partners in Configuring solutions.
- Became a Trusted adviser to Customers.
- Creating detailed Statements of Work for proposed solutions.
- Providing detailed evaluation of opportunities, task plans, and technical approaches to the customers.
- Obtaining various vendor-related training and certification levels.
Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 12,00,000 PA.
